Termite inspection

Solutions

Syd Pest Control is a Sydney based termite company that will perform a full inspection of your house and yard in accordance with Australian Standards.

The Australian Standard 3660.2 2000 recommends all homes receive at least an annual termite inspection and more often in high risk areas. Sydney’s climatic conditions are also very conducive to termite activity with 1 in 4 homes attacked. Even if you have had a termite barrier installed, they only last for 2-8 years depending on the products used, and still require the annual inspection.

WE INSPECT

  • the roof void

  • any accessible subfloor space

  • inside the entire house and outside perimeter

  • the yard, fences, retaining walls and out buildings

This is all done using the very latest detection equipment with an eight page report issued on completion along with any quote for treatment if it is deemed necessary. Our technicians will then explain all findings with you and discuss different methods of termite control treatment available.

If you think you may have found termites, firstly try not to disturb them and do not spray them with any household chemicals. You need to arrange for an Pest qualified technician to perform a thorough inspection of your property. This will enable correct identification of the termite species and the correct treatment plan to be ascertained for successful termite eradication.
